About Our Service

London Asbestos Help is a lead generation and referral service. We connect property owners and managers with licensed asbestos removal contractors. We do not carry out asbestos removal, surveying, or any related work ourselves. We do not hold any asbestos removal licences, accreditations, or certifications.

Nature of Referrals

When we refer you to an asbestos removal contractor, we are introducing you to an independent, specialist business. Any contract for work is between you and the contractor directly. We are not a party to any agreement between you and the contractor, and we accept no liability for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of their work.

No Guarantees

While we take reasonable steps to vet the contractors in our network (including verifying HSE licensing and insurance), we do not guarantee the performance of any contractor. You should satisfy yourself as to the suitability of any contractor before engaging them.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information in your enquiry
• Verifying the credentials of any contractor you engage
• Entering into any contract for work on terms you are satisfied with
• Complying with all relevant regulations as a property owner or manager

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, London Asbestos Help shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from:

• The work carried out by any contractor we refer
• Any delay in connecting you with a contractor
• Any information provided on this website
